Our Story
aboutSafarr!

Dating apps? Their goal is to keep you swiping, pushing you to believe that their Max Pro Platinum Ultra subscription will solve everything. Meanwhile, social media platforms are more interested in collecting and selling your data rather than connecting you with your friends. Ads and sponosorships have taken over, making you feel like you’re never enough unless you're buying what they’re selling.
As our evening turned into night, cups of chai into mugs of something chilled, and an idea began to take shape. Napkins with notes, and pizza boxes became our whiteboards. By dawn, we had a project, a plan. And that’s how Safarr was born.

We set out to create a new kind of social experience, designed for Gen Z and late millennials, aimed at fixing three major problems with today's platforms:
- Identity & Discovery
- Meaningful Engagement
- Authentic Content

Current platforms fail at helping you create a true identity of yourself thus depriving you of the opportunity of discovering or getting discovered by your kind of people. This failure pushes people back to offline ways of connecting and rightfully so.

No one’s helping you keep the conversation going in DMs. If we all had rizz, why would we need Platinum Maxx Pro subscriptions? Honestly, you’d have better chances of making real connections playing online games with strangers.

Our daily lives are full of moments more entertaining than the endless reels of movie scenes or podcast clips we're fed online. It's time to bring the real back to the reel.
After a year of research and assembling a team of creatives who’ve faced these challenges first-hand, we’ve designed some super engaging and unique features to solve these problems. We built Safarr around the theme of life-as-a-journey. Features like Crossroads, Drive-by, MyKind, and Random Qs are just the beginning, we're looking at a whole ecosystem of socializing, entertainment & knowledge for the young and bold generation.
